Oscar Parra
Oscar joined HBI Investment Banking in February 2021 as an associate. He has five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and project finance. Previously, Oscar worked at Elencor Renovables based in Madrid, Spain conducting M&A and financial structuring, participating in the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects accumulating more than 2.0 GW of installed capacity. He previously worked as an analyst at HBI.
Oscar is an economist and business administrator from Universidad de Los Andes. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.
